The hotel was ideal and in a very central location. It was near a theatre and a palace. The restaurant was charming with good food, I tried hot dishes. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus.

The hotel was stylish and ideal and placed in a chic-style building. The bed was lovely and the room overall was reasonably large. The property's location was very central, towards an inward alley. It was also close to lots of great restaurants nearby including a taxi rank right outside, the Royal Albert Hall, which is 12 minute walk away, and local museums.

Overall had really good stay during my UK visit. My room was top-class and brand-new, equipped with greater, large bathroom, for example. The staff was very responsive and wonderfully helpful all day long.

Well-organised and good quality room, a great shower and double sink in the room. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, a 10-15 minute walk from a famous museum. Found in the beautiful quiet area near to Royal Albert Hall, and the south Kensington subway station.

Had really good stay of 4 nights. We had the superior king room which was excellent quality and brand-new with a mini bar for free. The location was excellent and perfect, not too far away from a Dinosaurs gallery. The hotel was in an interesting area, just off the V&A museum, the Tube and Buses, and tube station, lots of coffee shop and patisseries.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a great neighborhood close to many attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely bath. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the super fast and delicious room service. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the underground station, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
The only downside was that there were some disruptions due to road closures, but the hotel staff was excellent in assisting me with alternative transportation options.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
